Monday

am: 4,400m easy in pool

pm: 45 min spin on turbo trainer

Tuesday

pm: 6.5ish miles with 1600 fast, 1200 fast, 800fast, then some hill sprints

Wednesday

am: 4,400m with (6×100 30bbm (beats below max), then 4×50 max)x4 (!!)

pm: 8 mile run with Freyja (it was her last full day in Aberdeen for a whole month!) 😦

Thursday

pm: 7 mile easy run

Friday

5.6km swim, 83km cycle, 10km run

Saturday

10 miles easy with Lucy

Sunday

Inverurie Duathlon

I had a recovery week this week. Nothing too hard apart from one session in the pool, as I wanted to manage Friday’s training day, and also wanted to win Inverurie on tired legs!
